Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Cam Downloader, the website at camdownloder.top (the "service", "we", "us"). By confirming your age and using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You may use the service only where viewing adult material is lawful. The service shows adult advertising.

2. What the service does

You paste a link to a video on www.camwhores.tv. Our server fetches that video, converts it to the quality you choose and holds the file for you to preview and save. The saved file is named with a random number. Nothing else is offered: there is no library, no search, no account and no public link to any file.

• Files are limited to 1 GB and to 2160p (4K).
• You may start up to 10 downloads an hour, at most one a minute, and one at a time. When the service is busy your download waits in a queue.
• A finished file is deleted automatically 30 minutes after it is ready. Each download link works for 5 minutes; you can request a new one while the file exists.

The service is free. We may change these limits, change the service, or suspend or end it at any time without notice. We do not promise that it will be available, that a particular video can be fetched, or that a file will be kept for any period.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you download and for what you do with it. You agree that you will:

• use the service only for videos you have the right to copy, for example your own content, content the rights holder allows you to save, or copying that the law where you live permits for personal use;
• not use the service for any video that shows a minor, or a person who did not consent to being recorded or published;
• not share, sell or republish downloaded files in breach of anyone's rights;
• follow the terms of the website the video comes from;
• not use scripts, bots or other automated means to access the service, and not try to get around its limits, its bot check or its age confirmation;
• not attack, overload, probe or interfere with the service or the systems it runs on.

4. Content and intellectual property

We do not own, license, select or review the videos fetched through the service, and we give you no rights in them. All rights stay with their owners. Rights holders can send notices as described on the DMCA page; see also the 2257 statement.

The site itself, including its name, design and code, belongs to us. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

5. Advertising

The service is paid for by advertising supplied by ExoClick, an advertising network. By using the service you accept that:

• pressing Continue or Download may open an advertisement in a new window or tab, up to five times an hour;
• a press of Continue may open an advertisement instead of starting your download, and the page then tells you how many presses remain;
• a floating advertisement is shown in a corner of every page and can be closed;
• a video advertisement may play before the preview of a finished video, and a banner advertisement may appear over it.

Advertisements are created by third parties and are adult in nature. We do not choose, review or endorse them, or the products, services and websites they promote. Anything you do on an advertiser's site is between you and that advertiser.

6. Third-party websites

The service fetches videos from a third-party website and shows third-party advertisements. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

7. Privacy

The privacy policy explains what data the service handles and which cookies are used.

8. Blocking and refusal

We may refuse or cancel any download, block any link from being fetched, and limit or block access by anyone who appears to break these terms or the law, or whose use harms the service or other people.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that files will be complete, accurate, or free of harmful material. You use the service and any downloaded file at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, from any downloaded file, or from any advertisement or third-party website. Because the service is free, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

11. Claims caused by your use

If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms or infringed their rights through the service, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs that result, to the extent the law allows.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply to you.

13. General

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term, we may still enforce it later. These terms, with the pages they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
