Questions and answers

Cam Downloader saves a public video from camwhores.tv as a file: paste the link, pick a quality, take the file.

Is it free?

Yes. There is no account and no payment. The site is paid for by ads, which open when you press Continue and Download.

Which videos work?

Public videos on www.camwhores.tv. Private and members-only videos do not work, and this site does not log in for you. Some public links fail because the source no longer serves the file.

How large can a file be?

Up to 1 GB. A longer video may fit at a lower quality.

How long is my file kept?

About 30 minutes, then it is deleted automatically. Each download link works for 5 minutes; press Download again for a fresh one while the file exists.

Are there limits?

Ten downloads an hour and one a minute from the same connection, and one at a time per visitor. When the site is busy, downloads wait in line in the order they were started.

Do you host videos?

No. Nothing is stored beyond the temporary file made for you. Only download videos you have the right to save. Rights holders can reach us through the DMCA page.

Why does an ad open when I press a button?

Pressing Continue or Download can open an ad in a new tab. When Continue opens an ad instead of starting your download, the page says how many presses remain. Ads are what keep the site free.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser on a phone or a computer. This site never asks you to install a program or an extension.

Why did my download fail?

The usual causes: the video is private, the link is not a video page on www.camwhores.tv, the file is larger than 1 GB at the quality you picked, or the source did not serve the file. Try a lower quality or try again later.

What do you keep about me?

No account and no download history. The details are in the privacy policy.
